With a vintage style cover reminiscent of antique furniture, this large leather journal would make a great gift idea for antique lovers. Its pages have their own story, as each has its unique weathered look and are quite thick so besides creative writing, you can use it for sketching or scrapbooking as well.
An antique eschuteon completes its medieval tome look. The inside of the covers are covered with brown cardboard.
It has about 220 pages (counting both sides). Each page has been hand torn, stained, folded and sewn into the journal. The paper I used is high quality paper (120 gsm) that works for writing in any media. The sheets are sewn into the cover using the medieval longstitch technique.
