This journal is made from dark chocolate brown leather.
I embellished it with a hand-painted feather. It is a journal about life, memories, adventures and trials that makes one wise. It is a journal to remind you to live your life at its best and to record all things that touched you and shaped you into the beautiful being that you are.

It is filled with gorgeous paper made in England, suitable for writing your thoughts and great ideas; The paper has a lovely mottled look resembling old parchment. It's bound with the longstitch technique using strong thread.

The journal was wonderful to hold in your hands and to feel the soft leather. The quill was beautifully painted…it was truly exquisite. Anca included a special note that I requested in her beautiful calligraphy and it was so perfect that it brought tears to my eyes. She also wrapped the journal in pretty floral paper and sent it to me early so I could give it to my friend on her birthday. My friend loved it. It was perfect!
