This journal is made from a beautiful blue Italian leather. I gave it a subtle patina to enhance its vintage look. The closing system is made from a black leather strap to keep it tight.
Bound style: longstitch, with strong thread.
The paper is the finest quality; it is made in England and has a beautiful mottled look - it is called Aged Parchment. It is acid free and works for most media including pencil, pen, dip pen, charcoal, water markers, etc. It is 90gsm. The journal measures 5.9x8.7"(15x22cm) and has 280 pages.
It will make a great diary, and you will never forget a good idea anymore!
