This is an art journal that I'm very proud of. Its hardcover is covered in genuine special leather, a beautiful brown with a lovely texture. I hand painted the cover with a beautiful ancient column with intricate details and Victorian design. It is sewn in the traditional medieval technique. It is very large and has 214 pages (counting both sides) made from thick quality paper that is heavily stained to give it the look of old weathered books. Each page is hand torn so they have beautiful distressed edges. The paper is thick (160 gsm) and I've hand torn each page to give them this handmade deckled look.
